We only collect information you choose to give us. When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
We also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (see Cookies section below).
How We Use Your Information
The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your project inquiry. We will not add you to any mailing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties except as described in this policy.
Third-Party Services
This site uses two third-party services that may process your data:
- Formspree — processes and delivers contact form submissions to us via email. Your form data passes through Formspree's servers. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io.
- Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymous data about how visitors use this site (pages visited, time on site, general location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can review Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.
Cookies
This site uses cookies placed by Google Analytics to distinguish returning visitors and measure site usage. These cookies do not store personally identifiable information. The cookies used are:
- _ga — distinguishes users, expires after 2 years
- _ga_G-1G4LN0MG4R — persists session state, expires after 2 years
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as needed to manage client relationships. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default, as configured in our GA4 property settings.
Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make such a request, email us at eebaugh33@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion.
Children's Privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
